Beef Bung Caps

Experimenting with beef bung caps instead of my usual hog intestines. This is rinsed, cut in half and laid flat to dry, and then lastly some photos after it dried. It's beautiful! Its culinary use is to make old world style bologna. Ha ha I had to sing that song in my head to remember how to spell bologna.
